It's that "Red Time" of the year, when the weather cools off, the folage starts to turn reddish ... and the deer start looking for a good place to hid from the certain onslaught of hunters.

Here at the R J Ranch, we have one of the largest natural habitats in the area. Pictured above is only a small view of probably 20 acres of wild brush and trees. During hunting season, even though the area is clearly posted "No Hunting," we are constantly being asked if it's OK to hunt on our property. The answer is always the same ...
